Returns & Refund Policy

At BlushLab, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. You do not need to give a reason.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Return
1. Email us at support@blushlab.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
4. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of contacting us

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@blushlab.co.uk.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or where the hygiene seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.
