Shipping Policy

Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times
- Standard UK Shipping: 4-7 business days
- Please note that business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available from our carrier). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@blushlab.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is made and fails due to no one being available to accept the parcel, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@blushlab.co.uk and we will investigate with our carrier.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to the EU or other international destinations.
